very good in general. Only thing missing is access to the dolleys after office hours.

The ladies in the office were very helpful. I'm using the storage unit to park my car until we find a home.

I just wish that someone would've mentioned that I needed to purchase a lock during the phone calls when my reservation was set up

Great location for storage- Manager on duty was great and knowledgable.

The on duty manager was pleasant, knowledgeable, and showed me how to use the lock, where to park and Location of my unit.

All I can say is EVERYTHING AND EVERYONE was/has been more than great.

Kim and Nikki are awesome, very rarely do I take the time to do a review but these 2 girls deserve it! They always make sure we have the tools we need when we are there and as a former retail manager it's refreshing to see your staff offer accessories and amenities and do it with pride and professionalism. Way to go Public Storage you have some true winners at Marksville Drive!

Customer service just does not seem to be what it used to be, but Kimberly brought back memories of days past long ago. First of all, I called a couple of times but the line was busy. I got a call back from Kimberly to my surprise as I had not left a message. She called back as she saw I was trying to reach them. Then she walked me through the process. Showed me a couple of units. Made sure I knew how to get in and it of my storage unit and the gate to the premises. Very polite, very genuine, super helpful. Thank you Kimberly!!

Kimberly was extra helpful every time I have needed assistance. The level of customer service she provides is simply excellent. Very pleasant to deal with.

Nikki is awesome. Smart, efficient and knows her stuff. Made the whole experience easy and effortless. Took 10 minutes to get my storage unit and sign the lease. Highly recommend!

I have been a customer at the Markville property for over 5 years and believe me when I say that A. They take stellar care of your property & B. Kimberly is hands down the best employee there. She's friendly and goes out of her way to provide exceptional customer service. Never too busy to help (even when she has a ton of people in her office) and always willing to answer questions and go the extra mile. She's fabulous and the reason I have stored my belongings here for so long. Employees like her are 1 in a million. She gives me the red carpet treatment every single time I'm there. You can trust this location & her. 5 stars all the way!!

I was really sad lost my mother one year ago went here to put my items her kim talk to me made me and my daughter, son feel very welcome no matter what we go through someone will always be there to make your day. . Thanks Kim. ..

I just started renting this past weekend, the transition was smooth and easy. I won't know about the service until after some time has passed.

The managers and staff were all so polite and always available and courteous.
