Real Storage - Dallas

Finally a place where Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m not just a number. Kenneth made sure I got the unit i needed. I got to admit I thought the reviews about this place was bogus, here I am writing the exact same thing.

Go see Kenny, not only did I get a great storage. He made sure I got the right one I needed, I was just so amazed at this guys customer service level. I'd found a place where I can leave my stuff and not worry about it all because I wasn't treated like a number. If your reading this review that means you need a storage unit. So go see Kenny

Had and exemplary experience renting a storage unit.

At my age I thought customer service was dead. If you want to see how your supposed to be treated as a customer go see Kenneth at Real Storage.

I was not sure of what size of unit I actually needed, Kenneth showed me the different sizes so that I could choose exactly what I needed. Then we went to the office and filled out all necessary paperwork which he took his time to explain and answer whatever questions I had

Not only is the property clean and the units priced fairly well, it's right off the highway and easy to get too and it's right by like 7 gas stations and 3 fast food restaurants. The location is perfect!! I have had my storage here for almost 5 years and there is a reason I haven't gone anywhere else but the new management has made it that much better so it's a total win!!

Kenneth is definitely what this place needed. He keeps the property clean and runs this facility with a heart. It makes a huge difference when it comes to renting a storage because alot of us put our life's worth into these units and to feel like it can come out from under in the matter of a minute is really scary. He is genuine though and it makes it comforting!!

I just love the In-N-Out access to the facility. The security of the facility is awesome.

Real Storage has come in and cleaned up the place taking care of matters that the prior owners would not take care of have help protect this location. I am so satisfied, regret, a great landlord that takes care of their tenants, safety, wise, cleanliness, wise, etc..
