Quick and easy set up - customer service was great. First storage experience so far, so I don't have much to base my experience on but as I said it was quick, easy and a good experience.

Nora and Jason took such good care of me I wouldn't dream of using any other storage facility while in the area. Thank you for your service!

super nice people at the front, got me right to my unit. Were supposed to fix lock connector by next day but had not done so when I went by.

I worked with Nora who was amazing! She was very knowledgeable and made me feel really comfortable about leaving my things in this storage unit. She was very friendly and I feel very trustful of this facility

Everything was good

When I first pulled up to the location, I was really put off. It's not a great neighborhood, and the sign says the wrong place. Stor-Quest bought out an older facility and when I first went, they hadn't changed the sign yet. The building itself is old. Don't even get me started about the elevator. That thing will attack you. The door closes like it has a chip on its shoulder. One of the handcarts had definitely seen better days. BUT! The customer service was great, the people are really helpful and attentive to everything. I think they are just trying to work out the problems from the last owners. The neighborhood can't change, but it means you get a much better deal than in nicer neighborhoods. I was really nervous about keeping my stuff there at first, but I am less so now.
