US Storage Centers - Dallas Willowbrook Rd

My experience at this storage was excellent in the beginning when it was under different management. In the past 3 years it has gone down in every category. My roof leaks and they don't provide any rodent prevention.Yes, i have been here for several years, but not in the same unit.The website shows very low rents, but to get those rents you have to keep switching units. My rent is 3 x what is on the website (not the special) the rent per month rate after the special.I am supposedly month to month. Why wouldn't that mean i pay the current rental rate without having to move all my heavy stuff? I am done here. They jack up your rent, and then when you can finally get caught up the manager still has their lock on your unit even after several days have past. Keep looking, don't rent here. This is my opinion and experience. It has not been a good one at all. No, i don't live in my storage unit, I store things that i want to keep, and i would like my possessions not to be rained on or chewed up by some wandering rodents! Is that too much to ask? I do not believe so.
