I got the help I need affordable price and the unit was the perfect size . Everything was ready to go when I got in .

Easy to get to, clean, great customer service.

Customer service is great! Pricing is great! The parking lot is horrible. It is well maintained and in good condition but the “hills and valleys” of the driveways make pulling a trailer very hard and frustrating. That being said, I’d still rent here and would still recommend it but definitely need to evaluate your needs to make sure it works for you

The place is in a good location, price was reasonable and the installation are clean. Friendly staff, answered my questions and got me signed up and ready to go with no delays.

Great place! I came and I was able to find everything that I would need inside the shop in order to protect my goods. Drive right up. Really a one stop shop!

Two things I found out after move in is there is no lighting around any of the units only the office area. Since it gets dark now about 5 pm you can't see. The second thing is you have no use of the trash Dumpster. The Staff keeps the Dumpster locked. This is the first storage unit I have rented that does not have a Dumpster for the tenants to use and outdoor lighting between the units? I think these things should be disclosed before a rental contract is signed.

I will tell my friends about this place.

However too expensive for such a small storage space forcing you to Purchase insurance that you have to pay monthly of $12 additional dollars!!

Easy reservations. There is an empty coke bottle that is full of urine, pretty disgusting--it's been there all week.

Everytime I've ever used this storage facility, they've had the most wonderful customer service. They'll work with you hand and foot to make sure that you can get a space.

The front desk guy was very helpful.

This facility looks like it could have drainage issues in the rain if your unit is at the bottom of the hill. Having a 10x10 unit I have usually had a larger door this unit has only a 36 inch door which could make moving large or heavy furniture into the unit.

Ben is great at his work. Very very helpful on a Sunday even with the power out!!

George was super nice and helpful...however, that's probably about the only really good thing I can say about the storage facility unfortunately. I reserved it online through sparefoot and got a great deal (ok, another bonus) but when I got to the facility to do my paperwork I was told that whenever it's reserved through sparefoot the paperwork doesn't come out correctly. So it took forever trying to get stuff done and it still wasn't done correctly when I finally left. I went ahead and drove by the unit to make sure I knew the location for the next day's move. I had reserved a 5x10 and the Door to get everything in the unit was Only 3ft wide! What?! To top it off, not only do you have to drive to Lewisville to pick the "free" truck up that they offer but you also have to pay for mileage AND gas! I get that's normal IF you are picking it up from the location you are moving TO. But I had to pay for mileage And gas to pick up the truck from a location not anywhere near where I was even moving From. Just frustrating.

for the first time i called fter was reffered by another guy and whoever answered was not helpful he said u alredy have your reservation there is nothing else i can do. so i left it like that. then few days i received a phn call and it was Benjamin. i told hime what happened n why i didnt follow up. he apologize and he was the greatest staff there. if i have to refer someone i will give them his name Benjamin
