This company is ran by a remote agent on a screen and after first three months when they advertise a great, low price,they hike the price way up yet advertise new and bigger units for way cheaper than what you signed for. Its all a way to suck you in. The lights rarely worked and the gates were broke down half the time. Plus electricity would be half occasionally. I do not recommend this facility.

I've never rented a unit before. The online registration was a bit tricky for me, but customer service was absolutely outstanding! My unit is clean, affordable, and easy to access; security feels very safe, and a lock is provided. I don't have a single complaint!

People come in and out; not sure if they have authorized access. Homeless people can get inside and go through the garage bin. Prices are nice though

Very good customer service that helped me find the perfect sized unit quickly!
