Nice clean unit, online reservation very easy

They rented out my prepaid unit and wouldn’t refund me for those days. They said they would transfer me to a new unit as a ‘courtesy’ for the remaining days I prepaid. I feel taken advantage of with no records.

Great place for storage clean and well maintained. However the cost for my space has almost doubled in price in the few years I have been at facility. If you choose this facility recommend you budget 20% increase each year you rent your space. The owners can increase your rent whenever they want to0 so just be ware.

We were looking for a storage near our new home bld and this was the perfect spot. We had a car load and so happy how easy it was to gain access to our new storage space and unload our belongings.

I have moved over 15 times. While many facilities are similar I have been impressed by this location.

We thought we only needed 1 unit but it took 3 to help transition us in our recent downsize move. Ken is onsite during the week and he assisted us more than once in how best to utilize the space and secure it. His help in the triple-digit heat was very much appreciated!

One small cart usually available. Thatﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s it. If anybody else is there you are dead in the water until they are done. Unless of course you have boxes small enough to carry one at a time. A little frustrating.

Thought we had found the perfect facility after days of research however the unit was booked for the second floor and the elevator was out‼️ Someone could have mentioned that upon booking. Carrying metal shelving units and tool chests up 2 flights of stairs was beyond inconvenient. And for all the boxes my wagon was no help getting up the stairs.

It was an awesome experience and the veteran worker was very attentive and showed that he cares about his job.. Very understanding and helpful indeed.. and the facility inside and out was very spotless which was a plus in my book..ALL AROUND GREAT PLACE!!!!
