As mentioned the grounds are littered with assorted trash and discarded items. The road around the facility is muddy and 'pot holded'. The business does not present itself well.

Much bigger space and way less money.

Not gated but clean and in good shape.

Other than the lack of security fencing it's a good place while I transition from corporate life to gypsy wanderer life.

I will be moving into a much smaller place and not able to get all my stuff in the new place. I looked around at different places and this was the better deal for what I needed. It isn't the Taj Mahal of storage but it is very sufficient. Mike was very helpful in suggesting all my crud would not fit in the unit I was going to get. Due to the info from him I did get a step up from the original size wanted. Now. ..when the weather cooperates I'll be putting my extra stuff in the unit.

The unit is a little dirty and has a large stain near the front that we'll avoid at all cost. The representative I spoke with, Mike, was very kind and attentive. He even answered my after hours call! Overall, the unit is definitely worth the cost. It was very difficult to find anything in this price range anywhere around Dallas, so I definitely recommend them!

Management is attentive. Units are clean and easy to get started. Only suggestions I would make is to have a better sign coming in since it's hard to see sometimes and it makes me a little uncomfortable to go out there by myself at night. There are trucks parked just in front of my unit and it can make me a little paranoid being out in an easy accessible area. Plus the people at the hotel next door tend to stare.

I highly recommend this storage facility, I am very pleased and appreciate the great customer service.
