When I walked in I greeted w/a smile. Both Mr. and Mrs. Wiggins are very personable, and explained everything before I signed. The storage was clean, and the fact you can use the van with renting a storage was very helpful.

Front office personnel were friendly and helpful.

They were very helpful, the space was clean and they supped the lock.

The only thing wrong was they offered a moving van for free. My movers took one look at it and refused to put my furniture in it. It was WAY TOO SMALL, and THE SIDES WEREN'T EVEN. I had to go to a Uhaul place to rent an adequate truck. Since I already had the "free" van, I had to drive to the storage place twice so that I could return the van. I also had to drive twice to Uhaul. Not only was it an inconvenience, but it cost me extra because the movers we charging me for the time they were waiting while I had to find an appropriate moving van.

I needed a small unit to accommodate a few items on a short term basis. Located this particular business on Google the Sunday of Labor Day weekend, called for details and were told it would be open on Labor Day (asked twice during the phone call), then arrived that day ready to unload my vehicle only to find it was actually closed for the holiday! Fortunately I was able to return the next day, vented about my experience to the manager who apologized repeatedly for the erroneous information I had been given by a call center. She was pleasant and helpful and soon had me signed up for a unit to meet my needs.

I was so hesitant about putting my things in storage but I absolutely love these people.

It was a great experience from beginning to end. I had a couple of miscues as far as how much stuff I had and they were great in accommodating my misstep!

Super nice people that run this location. Very helpful. Priced good compared to most. Doesn't have the additional costs like admin fees or paying for insurance through them. Your own insurance is much cheaper. Storage facility seems safe & they provide locks for free. Got first month half off as well Highly recommend

Rick and Loretta are awesome. Everything was so personable and professional. The unit was so clean and the structure seemed new. It exceeded my expectations greatly!

I reserved a unit online and they held it until I could come in and sign the paperwork and pay. The representative was very helpful.

Owners are awesome. Even had a truck for us to use....only ended up paying just over 5 bucks for it and only because we went a few miles over the free 20. Half Price First Month So It Only Cost Us About 40 bucks Total For Truck And Move In!!!!!

This place had to be good,I don't give ratings normally unless it was bad.But Macho Storage is one of the BEST PLACES , AND NICEST PEOPLE. I HAVE DONE business With. AND YOU CANNOT BEAT THE DEAL, UNLESS YOU GOT MONEY TO THROW AWAY.AND MANY OPTIONS OF PAYING. I AM VERY GLAD I FOUND THIS PLACE. THANKS SO MUCH LW

Our interactions with this facility have been too good to believe. I keep waiting for the other shoe to fall, but so far it hasn`t. Judy and Ron have been accommodating, helpful, informative and honest through-out our initial moving adventure. The facility was easy to access and clean.

Awesome. Great customer service and answered all of my questions and concerns.

Nice place with friendly caring staff. I just wish the units had lights especially since the gate closes at 10pm.
