On Site CSR Was Very Responsive & Thurogh. The Gentleman Presented A Professional & Efficient Work Setting. The Public Storage Logo Is One Everyone Should Look For. I Would Definitely Recommend This Storage Facility.

I was in a time crunch but the after hours rep helped me secure a unit that was perfect for my storage needs. The frustrating downside of this storage facility is the fact that the storage units arenﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t visibly numbered from the driverﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s seat nor passenger seat of a vehicle.

Not sure if this property is unattended or not.

I think the storage unit was great I was able to fix all my things in there with no problem and they work with me on the pricing.

Prompt to reply to online reservation for storage unit. Quick and Efficient when I arrived at the office to complete paperwork for storage rental. Followed and maintained social distancing. Very pleasant and helpful.

I recently rented a storage unit at the Duncanville- N. Duncanville Rd location. The size of the unit was just right and there was no "run-around" about the pricing. The service here is superb! The staff, especially LaSonya, is so helpful and personable! She made the entire process so simple and stress-free!

The process was great!, but they should also inform you about the mandatory insurance requirements on the advertising page.

Best storage facility EVER!! I say that because you actually get your money worth when it comes to cost, size, customer service, and security.They offer insurance rates for the storage that is very affordable or you can use your personal rental insurance .. Along with that the storage comes with a lock, and they also have 24 hour security surveillance, in which requires a gate code! Safety for me is a plus! With that being said the employees are so willing to help and accommodate with your wants and needs to the best of their ability... I have shopped around and nothing compares to this company. I have used them twice..

Hi....I made a reservation online. Within 5 minutes or so later I received a very customer service welcoming from the staff. I arrived at the unit and received A1 service from Debra. Great experience. Thanks guys

I think the young lady that provided customer service at the Public Storage facility was very nice and knowledgeable about the facility. However, the small 5x5 storage I rented was too pricey in my opinion. I was also told in the beginning that there was a 50% off special for that size. But, I noticed later that I didn't get 50% off at all.
