My only problem with the unit was the door to get in and the lock they gave me. Other then that everything else was excellent

Hi and to whom it may concern: My storage unit is located at 732 Cedar Ridge Drive. I had the pleasure of working with Joshua and Stormie. They were both so very nice to me. I was in and out in a matter of minutes. They explained everything to me in a kind and courteous way. I had rented with them about a year and a half ago, and Stormi was still there. Such a rare occurrence. Customer Service exemplary!

Stormi was great and explained everything well. Also was very professional and quick.

Everyone was nice but the only thing that kept it from perfect was that the 19.99 was not explain or mentation to me until i saw it on receipt after i paid.

The location is clean, well staffed and maintained, and the customer service is excellent. There are miscellaneous add-on charges upon signup that are annoying but all storage facilities have them so, bottom line, their pricing is competitive. The big difference is in their level of customer service and support. They are excellent and I will happily recommend them.

Great Experience

Quick, fast and easy. Just what I needed in the time of chaos. The $1 first month really helped me. I just wish they would of told me the fees at the time of reservation (online). Other then that the lady was very nice and made a part of a hard day easy. I also loved the fact they show you the been and explain thoroughly how to open each gate and door

I was well pleased with how easy the transition was for me to make a reservation for a storage unit and once getting to the location to check out the unit was even more of a smooth transition. The assistance from the agent on site and information that she provided about my unit and other things that I needed to know was very helpful.

From the moment I entered service was provided with a smile. I enjoyed neeting the friendky outgoing staff who was there every step of the way. The staff made me comfortable and felt as if I had known them forever. I was encourage anyone I know or whomever is looking for a storage unit to look no further, Public Storage is the place to go.

Should you need a storage unit in Duncanville, Texas, I recommend you go see Lasonya at Public Storage. She was amazing...friendly and professional and very considerate of your time!!!

The space that I rented is fine. What I don't particularly care for is the access gate. I think that its crazy for you to have to get out of your car to enter your code, the keypad is too far from the drivers window, and its also crazy to have to enter your code again to leave the premises, you should be able to approach the gate and it will open for you when leaving. I was very unhappy about the unprofessional staff (Shenequa). I was at the Cedar Ridge public storage on December 7. I was in my vehicle about to leave the area when Shenequa arrived on the golf cart with a perspective client. She then proceeded to park in front of me blocking me in without any courtesy of moving over so I could pass by. I then blew my horn to get her attention as she was standing in front of my vehicle, she looked in my direction and continue to talk to the client for a few seconds before getting back in the cart to leave. Her behavior is unexceptable and I considered taking all of my things out of storage and closing my account that same day. I recommend that you seek professional people to work in your establishment, as of today I'm still considering moving my things somewhere else.
