I feel disappointed I rented it one of the units a long time ago this time in 4 days after I move my items inside the unit the broken to my lock and they still a lot of valuable items in my unit no cameras nobody see anything very disappointed I reported to police are reported to the office and no response from the office for my storage Union

I did not get the unit I asked for. Even though I had a reservation for a 5'10", I received a 5'5" instead because no 5'10"'s were available. We need to discuss things in going forward. great place to store belongings , it's location is far from mine but they have online payment option which helps if you can't drive to give payment. getting a hold of someone is complicated no one answers

Good so far.They don't force you to pay for any extras beyond the storage unit price. You need to make an appointment with them to get started. Be prepared to bring your own lock for the unit. They do not require cylinder locks like one place told me "they all do". Any padlock style will work.

The facility is a little narrow and is tough with a moving truck, but easy to reserve, easy to set up automatic payments, and an all around good experience.

It is an older storage unit. It was easy to reserve, easy to work with the man in the office. However, you have to make a hairpin turn and it is not easy to get in and out of the parking lot. The door on my unit got stuck and was difficult to open and close.
