Hwy 54 Self Storage & RV Parking

Worst experience ever, wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. They advertise as climate controlled units, they had their broken A/C unit for months, and still charge me full price, everytime I complained the staff said they will fix it, they never fixed it, my belongings got damaged because of that, please don’t use this facility!

We were told to “stop by” on Monday to park our RV and complete paperwork….when we got there on Monday (after completing lease online) the code we were provided did not work. Took several calls and another customer to come through to get in the our space would not accommodate our RV. Thankfully we were allowed to remain in the spacious place we parked….tough start but fingers crossed things go well from here!

The process for getting the unit at this facility was very convenient. I reserved online and did all the paperwork in person, the staff was very courteous.

Moved in yesterday and was very happy with the outlook of the facility. Staff very professional and genuine caring, exemplary customer service.

Wish this location was closer to El Paso maybe that's the reasoning why the prices are so low I can deal with the drive

This place practices a classic bait and switch price scheme. I rented unit for an agreed upon, contracted price (not an introductory rate or teaser rate) and then after a few months they informed me via email that they were raising the rent. The rent went up by almost $50. Most rental contracts have a clause that allows incremental increases to rent upon notice, by the increase was ridiculously high and placed my in a terrible position considering I was unable to return immediately to El Paso. It's an an unethical and unscrupulous business practice, so beware before you rent a storage unit here.

I didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t get to meet the staff physically, but she helped me over the phone and email. Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m extremely thankful for the help I received and very pleased with the price and the location!

I rented a unit here because of the price. The lady at the front desk was nice and got us set up quickly. The only complaint I have is that they didn't have the locks for the storage unit on hand at that moment and they're difficult to find. When I tried calling to get information about the lock I needed, I never got an answer. Eventually I was able to find the lock. It was concerning how difficult it was getting them to answer.

I really appreciated the friendly staff. She took pride in her work.

Good price and security, great price for a good size unit. The only inconvenince is the far distance.
