I am so happy I came across Freeup storage! I really need to start storage quickly and I could not believe the incredible deal that I came across for a 10x10 storage unit! I went online and started the registration process and then spoke to some wonderful customer service people who gave me instructions on what to do. Then I got a voicemail from the manager of the place welcoming me (much appreciated) and I went to the storage facility per the instructions on the email and moved in! Upon opening the door to my storage unit I found an envelope with a business card and instructions on where to go and who to call if I need help. The facility is great! The surroundings are pleasant- woods all around- the driveway is free of clutter, and the electronic entry and exit code posts are visible and prominent respectively outside and inside of the gate. When I opened the door to my storage unit I found a business card and instructions on how to call Renee if I need help, again much appreciated, and instructions on how to set the code for my disc lock- a very good looking and impressive lock indeed. I'm very impressed and will definitely be renting here a long time! - Tom Cate

The unit has cracked floors , but otherwise clean. The check in process was very confusing and not clear. The gate code did not work but the lady helped provide another code & finish checking in. It was never told to me to bring my own lock , they should not assume people know this. Otherwise it is good

I reserved the unit online and had chose a climate controlled unit. When we arrived the security gate was open, havenﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t seen it closed as of yet, the unit had a lockout tag on it and was NOT climate controlled! I attempted to call and con not get an answer. I called FreeUp and was told I needed to talk to the facility manager. The number I was given was no longer in service. I was able to text someone and when I take I was supposed to have a climate controlled unit they said that facility didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t have any. Then I havenﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t heard from them since!
