Stacy was very helpful and friendly. She had the paperwork completed in a timely manner. She also had someone help us unload from our roof rack which was unexpected but wonderful. The whole process was stress free.

Stacy and the whole office staff was wonderfully nice. Stacy made sure I was taken care of. This is the best Storage business I've ever gone to I was treated very well. This is the best by far storage ever. Clean place, friendly people, and very helpful. I recommend this place to any and everyone. Plus you get to use a moving truck free.

Move in went very smoothly. Office staff (Chanelle) was extremely helpful, professional and pleasant to deal with. Premises are very clean.

I went on my reservation date, signed my paperwork, got the truck and I was set. I was going to hire movers to help me, but when I was offered the use of the free truck I couldn't pass it up. Having the truck 丹展邸邸 made it so much easier to move my items. Two trips and under 50 miles later and everything is in it's new place.

Easy to get in, even with a 26ft truck. Good customer service, even gave me a personal call when I left my driver license in the office. Good straight forward, clean unit.

I would recommend this to my friends. It's also a very convenient location very close to my home.

This is our second time to rent here. They are so awesome at taking care of their customers. You also get a moving truck for free with certain storage rentals. I HIGHLY recommend this facility.

I contacted Tellus storage because I saw an ad through google that they were running a special on the unit that I needed. I asked to come in to look at it and Mrs. Chris said no problem. When I got there, she knew who I was immediately and ask that I follow her to the storage. She was considered of my support and I and I love that most of all. I saw the unit and it was clean compared to others that I have used in the past. Mrs. Gigi was a delight as well with helping me when I came back to do paperwork. Their process is easy and simple and under 10 minutes. They have this Jesus that lives inside them and they treat you as you want to be treated. I love the respect and consideration that was given and on top of that fair pricing. So, if you ever need a safe, clean environment, and quality this is the place to store your things. I promise you, if you had to have a storage again you would run back. Thank you all so much for the hospitality and for keeping my things safe. If I ever need a storage again, I will be back! May God bless you all in abundance!!!!

The staff was very helpful, they saved us a lot of money and were very polite. We were in a time crunch and we needed a facility quickly, they provided us with more than one unit, side by side, and even gave us tips to make the move easier. The pricing was fair and the discounts were helpful. During a difficult time to move (COVID-19) they made it a breeze.

Was told if rented two units side by side they would price as one unit and then discount that price. They charged me double admin fees, double insurance fees, refused to give the advertised military discount due to there advertised special of 1st 3 months rent 1/2 off. Gals advertising. Not very helpful, not very honest, but polite and clean.

I received excellent customer service from the property manager. I will definitely recommend this storage facility to family and friends!

Overall experience is really good. There seems to be a bug problem in which I am a little worried that they will get into my unit. I went through a call center to rent my unit. They need to advise that they are not at the location and of the locations hours over the phone. I got a little worried when I found out the location was closed without being provided a gate code or unit number the day of my move in.

Everything was as told us. Clean and easy to enter.

After having my reservation "kicked out" by another facility in town and speaking to their customer service rep who was VERY rude, the team at Marquis was very accommodating and welcoming. I am very happy with the service so far!

The storage facility was clean and very presentable. The manager was attentive and informative when showing the rental space. The paperwork went quickly, and the manager explained the documents well. Overall, the time spent at the facility and completing the transaction was spot on.

I was not able to visit the facility because of my work schedule to reserve a unit. However, they were able to work with me by phone, and on move in day I could sign physical paper work. So far a great experience.

I am currently renting a unit and have had no issues thus far. Would definitely recommend to someone else.

I was drawn to this facility by the ad which said a free moving truck would be provided upon a space rental. I reserved a space and printed out the confirmation, which also had written on it that a free truck came with the rental. When I tried to reserve a truck, I was told that the free truck offer did not apply to the particular space I wanted to rent. I was later called by management who told me that there was only one truck and it would not be available on the day that I needed to move. It seemed to me that the whole "free truck" offer was laden with fine print. This offer was the only reason I was inclined to rent from this facility, which was more expensive than the one I decided to rent elsewhere. Since there was no truck, I didn't rent the space.

The experience was very pleasant from the very beginning!! The associates at this location are wonderful. My overall interactions were over and above the top!!!
