The manager was great! She took us to see the unit and explained everything we needed to know. The truck at this location was reserved for the date we needed, so she called her sister location and reserved that one for us! I would highly recommend this facility!

The manager was very friendly, she waited after 530 for me. I thought that was awesome. Units a little pricey but very clean and the truck and lock for free is a great offer.

The units were clean. The prices are a little high but are compensated with the free moving truck. The truck was shorter than we anticipated. We did not have enough time with the truck to move all of our stuff. Other than that everything was great.

I lost some of my mothers belongings to rat infestation and destruction.. I had to dispose of mattress and box springs with a dead rat attached to the springs. On my return, there was a second rat in the unit. When I told the manager, she said that she was sorry. Armored Storage went up 20% on the rent this year. I assume that this was to pay for the new office. It was very difficult to maneuver in the facility while trying to move my mothers belongings out due to construction.

We recently moved from New York and searching in the internet for storage we found this facility 5 miles away from us. The price for a 10x20 is affordable compare to the others around the area. We got the free truck which help us a lot to move our furniture and other households. The paperwork was easy and the person in charge of the facility was very nice and efficient. The unit is very clean and easy to access. Very happy with this rental.

I was referred by a family member, it is in a convenient location. The paper work was prepared ahead of time since I was on a time crunch. I had come in a couple days early to save a space. It was never mentioned that the free moving truck did not have a ramp to load and unload easily. Of course it was not noticed until I pulled up to my house I was moving from. Then once loaded the truck would not start and I had to jump it with my own car. Once at the storage site, we realized that the storage space was too small, but there was not a bigger one to move in to. Once we unloaded the first load, the truck died again and we had to wait about 45 minutes for someone to change the battery after we were told that the battery had been recently changed. It was a moving day from hell. All in all, it was too late for me to find another facility on a Sunday afternoon. So I am going to have to stick it out there.....I do not have the financial means to move all my stuff again. The lady working that day really felt sorry for the day and was very apologetic but the other lady who I guess was the owner did not once apologize for the inconvenience.

I was with the storage facility before Armored took over. They have expanded and improved the facility. They had to raise rates a little but still one of the best storage deals around. Good customer service.....

I was in a bad way financially - they worked with me and didn't take advantage by charging me ridiculous late fees like most of their competitors I stay becaouse the rates stay low.

We have used storage units in the past but now only store our camping trailer. I rated the security low because of the condition of the fences and the gate. Also, lighting and security cameras need to be improved. We hope the improvements being done will address that and the entry road potholes.
