The guys in the office were friendly and helpful. Reserved online and process was easy. Just started moving in. The office needs coffee for customers. Went in during week of rain and while it was the nicest looking storage office I have seen, it smelled terrible from leak above front door. Moldy and very unpleasant smell. Not a good first impression. Otherwise, it is all good. Note to corporate, hire a professional to fix the leak.

Great place, clean and friendly!

I went through self storage and reserved a unit. The process could not have been any simpler. I arrived on the day of my move and half expected to find a glitch in the reservation. Nope, they expected me there and had the place ready for me to rent and move into. The place was clean and secure and staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Very pleased with my decision to rent there.

I came in at the last minute because another facility flaked out on me. I went to selfstorage.com, found a deal, and had paperwork, lock, and key in hand in literally 15 minutes.

This facility is awesome. Customer service could not have been better. Tammie is a jewel and a real asset to this company. You will not be disappointed if you choose this as your storage facility.
