Initially I made a mistake and asked for two units. They quickly called me to make sure that everything was correct. Also the building is super secure.

We got the size unit we needed, Wes was very polite and helpful. The unit was clean, as was the whole facility.

Pricing is very competitive and the facility is well-designed and roomy for vehicles and access. Grounds and storage rooms are clean and well-lighted and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

The gentleman that helped me with all the paperwork was wonderful - friendly, knowledgeable & helpful. Moved to the state this weekend, and this was a very welcome streamlined experience during a stress-filled weekend.

Great office team. Very helpful. Price is comparable to surrounding storage places, however booking online saved money unlike other locations. Secure as code is needed to get in and out. Gate hours are good. Would recommend to others.

I might recommend this place to some friends if this worked better.The price was good but I had to wait for the person in the office to come back from showing the property to someone else for 20 minutes and then the gate code didn't work so I had to wait on that too. Minor improvements, That's all.

Great experience, but one complaint. There is too much security at the facility. There is over kill on security boxes requiring personal code to enter.

Great and the employee onsite was extremely nice and actually resolved an issue with their elevator being out to my storage unit by calling his District Manager and getting the same rate for storage units on the first floor. The employee really made me happy by his problem solving and willingness to make sure I was happy and taken care of.
