Units aren't clinste controlled but the monthly rate is very cheap which makes up for it.

Showed up and the clerk was ready to complete my paperwork. She showed me the unit and gave thorough details on locking, and how to enter and exit the facility. Was very friendly!

I thought it was to be temp controlled but wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t but everything fit in and hopefully with the damp rid things wonﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t mold from the humidity. Easy access in and out and friendly customer service staff

The manager was AMAZING and super helpful! She helped me despite it being almost closing time and it being cold. She even came out and helped me with the code because the keypad was acting up. Super glad I chose them instead of anyone else to store my precious belongings.

Staff (Melanie and Carmen) were extremely friendly and courteous from the time our reservation was made up to the moment we moved our stuff into the storage. If you're not looking for climate controlled storage, this is a great place to go to.

Right after I book my reservation with Sparefoot, Melanie from this storage called to greet me and confirm my reservation. From the get go she was extremely friendly and very helpful. During the weekend of our storage move-in, I was expecting to meet Melanie but she wasn't there. Instead, it was Carmen who was working the front office. She was just as friendly, considerate, and helpful as Melanie. The facility was as spotless as a place can be. If you're looking for short/long (non-climate control) storage, this is the place to go to.

I found Uncle Bob's thru a website that came up when we moved. The location is very convenient, I completed the paperwork online to save time upon arrival. Lori, the onsite manager, called me to confirm my coming in and once we selected the unit I wanted, completed the paperwork quickly. It is clean and well monitored. I highly recommend our location off Hwy 183 in Benbrook.
