Cost is reasonable, facility is nice and the personnel is pleasant. If your not familiar with storage sales tactics the online add can be easily miss interpreted. Add reads 50% off first two months rent while showing the discounted price for each month. Without any mention of requirements of a round lock and renters insurance.

I reserved my unit online while we were driving towards it and customer service was very nice and helpful, only took a few minutes, it was all a no contact experience! The unit was easy access and very clean. I would recommend Longhorn Storage to anyone.
