Everything was done online, no hassle. Facility is large, easy to find, secure. Pricing was good, though don't know if that will change in the future. Overall was easy to find storage room and move my belongings.

Everything about it is great, the only thing is the bathroom remains locked. So when the front desk leaves at 5/6 & you are loading/unloading then until 9pm, it will be unavailable. Another thing that is VERY annoying, is having to constantly type your gate code in for everything, to use the elevator, to go in and out of the gate, and even just to go in the doors. Moving mean is youﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ll be moving around frequently, so when my hands are filled itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s hard. No dollyﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s available, only push carts.

The woman at the front desk was HORRIBLE. She was huffing and puffing that I wanted to READ MY CONTRACT BEFORE SIGNING because she said it was 5 pages long. Then when I asked if they would show us where the unit was but she wouldn't even take us up to locate it like other storage facilities. Then she incorrectly showed me on the map and corrected me when I repeated what she said so I could memorize where about it was when she explained it even though I WAS CORRECT AND REPEATED EXACTLY WHAT SHE SAID. Also they didn't give us info on a lot of things and got mad when we asked questions about code numbers, hours and location of the unit. Pretty much you are on your own to figure it all out and they get mad when normal info questions are asked or you want to read what you are signing. I HAVE NEVER HAD ANY OF THESE ISSUES WITH ANY OTHER STORAGE FACILITY. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE STAFF!!! Very unhappy and will never use them again after this.

GoodPlace to store your belongings climate control is amazing the only thing I do not like is that you have to put a pin code in to get in the door get in the gate get it to the next floor I think once you were in the door the elevator should operate and just take you to your floor makes me feel like somebody has rob the place before

Was quickly greeted upon arrival by the site manager, facility was suffering from a power outage when we arrived but they went above and beyond to provide us access.

This place was very clean well organized and easy to get to I Love You elevator and the fact that there's so much security to get into my storage makes me feel secure

The supervisor was very friendly and informative. I rented a small unit and wish I could have got a lower insurance than $5000, I think there should be options on how much insurance you want.

Highly recommend the property manager Nevada is outstanding and the facility is well maintained and clean.

Kayla was fantastic! Amazing service and really helped me with my questions and the upkeep was clean and tidy. Overall great experience compared to lasts and would recommend people for this location gladly. The phone service with bridgette I believe was the name was also really helpful and friendly.

I find it ridiculous that there are no restrooms to use at the facility. There is a port-0-potty - so if shutting down the restrooms is due to sanitation - having a nasty potty to use is bad !!!!

Reservation process was very easy and everything went smoothly when i went into the office to get my storage assigned to me. The girl that helped me was very nice, friendly and informative. The facility was nice and it feels like there is definitely a lot of security.I'm happy with my decision.

Golden Triangle Location: Let start by saying that the staff at this location is very courteous and professional. My past experience with storage facilities have been the clerk giving me a contract and pointing me in the direction of the unit. At this location, Vickie walked me to the panel to enter codes and took me to the unit to see the actual space. During the walk, she noticed trash on the floor from other tenants and stopped to pick it up. The floors inside the unit where clean and there's no rust on the panels. My previous storage experience with another company charged twice the rent for a smaller unit. I will always use public storage here in out. Best experience ever!

Chelsea was fantastic! She got me all set up and ready to store my belongings. On a different note, the website could be more informative about the hidden fees that people will encounter. $20.00 for a lock, $24.00 for an administrative fee, $15.00 mandatory insurance costs. So it isn't really $1.00 for the first months rent, when you tack on everything else. Be honest and let people know what they really will be paying. Many people are on a tight budget. Honesty speaks volumes.

Easy setup for contract but the hours are not that convenient when there is a need to move to storage for all day. I hate that you have to put your code in at 3 different spots. It's very annoying that you have to put the code in each time the door closes for the inside units. Annoying when you trying to get done fast!!

Andria was amazing. She helped me over the phone because my GPS took me the wrong direction and she waited for me to get to the facility. The facility was very clean and exactly what I was looking for.

With no experience at storage, I had picked out another place closer to my house, but my daughter had wanted me to check public storage. What a big difference! First of all the price is much better, so much cleaner, indoor unit with climate control, the staff was wonderful, and the access is so easy.... Carts to haul your stuff in, and I couldn't be happier! Thank you public storage! Patti Berry
