If there was any downside, you was walking into the tiny little empty office? Area to take care of business. But surface was fast and efficient. I'm old-fashioned would prefer and have a live human being in front of me but that's me. Everything was done well and quickly and all the details were taken care of right away I had no problem finding my unit and grabbing the lock to put on. And I have a special kudos to the facility after I inadvertently stayed past 9:00 p.m. and when I call the helpline I had no problem in getting released from the property. Again, I would recommend this property to other people.
