Public Storage - Fort Worth - 3700 Cockrell Ave

Just moved in the last few days it's nice and clean and I like that the gate has a code you can push on your phone to open the gate!

I had a great experience with public storage. The workers are wonderful.

This location got the best staffs, Chassie and Bill, here trying to solve the customers problems. Companyﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s website needs improvement though. Cannot complete rental for reservations online . Had to visit the facility physically to complete the payment. Much appreciated to the local staffs here!

Pam was wonderful and shes the only reason I have been with this unit for right around 2 yrs. And my price is very pricey and I just now got a 6.00 decrease. I am on fixed income, I don't think I am being treated fairly with the price.

Completed the online reservation. Lady at the desk was very courteous & helpful when I arrived to complete all transactions & store my items.

Evelyn was professional, kind, and just fun to talk to. She respected social distancing guidelines, which made me feel safe throughout the entire process. Evelyn proves that you don't have to be physically close to give great customer experience!

Cory helped me at the Public Storage off of Granbury Rd in Ft Worth on 7/28/19. He was very professional and thorough when showing me around the facility and figuring out what unit would best suit my needs. He was pleasant to work with and made the process simple and quick. I am 100000% satisfied with his service!

I had a horrible experience with the asst manager today. I had reserved 2 units last Friday to occupy today Cory had helped me. When I arrived today with the moving truck the 2 units were to small and a sweet lady working there quickly got me a larger unit. After I had finished unloading and went to do sign the paper work the asst manager showed up and was extremely rude and would not use apply my money from Friday She said she gave me $43 credit but it ended up being only $25 and kept saying it was my problem that I had rented the wrong size and there was nothing that she would do. I plan to contact Cory tomorrow and whoever else is necessary. I never moved anything into the 2 other units. If this is how the company works I will definitely let people know this is not a good place. I will be moving my things as soon as the month is up

Corey was most helpful with my new rental on the day. In fact that one of the reasons I returned to this location. He explained the updates since my last visit, along with the contract, and the procedure. This is my second time to use this location as I find it terribly convenient for my needs. Regards

New management/staff are GREAT! I returned reluctantly, and found a nice surprise with Corey. He is so very helpful,and professional. I am very very pleased with his customer service, cleanliness of the property and I have decided to rent there again.

I liked being able to go online to reserve a spot. I received an email very soon thereafter with a confirmation. When I went in to actually get the unit, the woman was friendly and helpful.

The check out process was fast and informative. Sales representative denominate ayes all fees, as well as storage before sale was completed.

Great Staff, Good Location

I shopped around and visited 2 other locations before I found Public Storage. It was the most cost-effective storage unit with he best service. Karen was exceptionally great.

I feel very comfortable having my storage space with Public Storage. Marie, the manager made me feel like family. I will highly recommend them in the future. Thanks
