When I called to sign up, I was told that it would be on the first floor but after getting there it was on the third floor. I had to call for someone to help me with the elevator because after getting on there, it would not move. one of the agents came over to help and it took her two times to get it to work. I have anxiety with elevators and none of the staff seemed concerned or showed any empathy. I am at the moment looking for somewhere else.

I would definitely recommend this facility to friends.

5'x5'	Small (25 square feet) The size of a small closet. Good for chairs, cabinets, electronics, boxes.
5'x10'	Small (50 square feet) The size of a large walk-in closet. Good for a mattress set, couch, dining room tables, chairs, boxes.
