The freight elevator is hard to access. The second floor door numbers are impossible to read from the exterior. Black crickets hopping around the floor. Hottest climate control I’ve ever leased. 24 hour access is an extra $35.00 per month. I’ve never experienced a charge for this access.

Setting up my account online was seamless. Love the autopay option. The staff we met while moving in was fantastic. Very friendly and helpful!

We haven't been able to move to our own place since moving to Texas, and previously we were living in a house. We since have had to cram all our stuff into one small bedroom. Now that we are finally able to find a place, we needed to make our move easier by finding a storage facility before our paperwork gets finalized. It was easy to see Public Storage had better pricing for the same type of storage and great availability. When we got to the storage facility the lady at the desk was very helpful, efficient and professional. They fix any issues in a timely manner, haven't had any issues and my unit has always been accessible when Ive needed it (not overcrowded). I'd recommend this facility if you are needing storage.
