because some people get off at 6 and don't have time to utilize our own storage after getting home and then loading up what I need to take and getting there, it's 8 pm and y'all close in 1 hour. Y'all need better hours for us to access storage. Especially if someone lives on site....

Space is good and the weather protected unloading bays is the best thing about this location. However, they lock up the moving carts when the office is closed, even though the building can be accessed with your code. They make you check out a cart, but fail to inform you theyﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ll be locking up for lunch while you may still be unloading. I literally showed them my lock I was going to use when I returned with my U-Haul, and they told me Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢d have to sign a document after moving in proving I used my lock and not theirs. The most difficult storage facility Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve ever used, and Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve stored things at units right off 35 before.

I got a climate controlled storage and it was very clean. customer service was great easy to get in and out of.

The ladies were extremely helpful, polite and offered the beat deal available with no pressure or sales tactics. The place is very clean well lit and easy access. The only suggestion would to have more carts or returned to a designated spot for easy access. Other than that I am very pleased with the storage facility and the staff is amazing.

Customer service was excellent because I received the space and accommandations to make the move into the storage with ease.
