The manager on site I didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t catch her name but was very rude. She didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t want to help us out. We waited for nearly 45 minutes inside office doors were unlock. All I need was for her to change my move I date. She flat out told me that she was not to help and to go to another store for help. She was to busy cutting locks. We left and went to another store and it took this lady 2 minutes and we were done.

Although I bit of a distance from where I live and not located in the best part of town, the price and customer service were attractors to this property.

Nobody was there to check us in and the gate was open so we did it ourselves. I hope in the future that the gate is closed for security!
