I think Public Storage has got to be one of the best storage unit places I have ever had the privilege of renting from, as their units are always clean and their staff always attentive, friendly and accommodating..

Absolutely love public storage. It is reasonably priced, they always have really good deals, I never had any issues getting in, the hours are flexible enough, the staff is always wonderful.I applaud that you have to have insurance to store there but that is also an added expense. But it just reinforces another level of protection.

Easy to make online reservations. I saved a little money making them online. Staff was friendly and helpful. Storage units clean and we'll maintained. My only complain was not knowing certain fees upon signing of contract
