stay well clear of this store. They will not invoice you, but will claim you owe them some mysterious fee. If you ask what the "fee" is for, you are told they do not issue an invoice, but, you will be handed over for collection unless you pay. I guess you're paying for the "manager" Ronnie's habits ...

I relocated from California to Texas and was initially assisted by the facility manager in California who contacted Ronnie the Frisco manager who readily and eagerly assisted me in securing a unit that met my needs. As I settled down in my home I began to work on my small business and secured additional space to store other items. Ronnie informed me of available space and price incentives. My experience has been exceptional.

We had a great experience renting our storage unit from this Uncle Bob's location. The only minor hiccup was that I didn't doublecheck to see the "Access Times" until it was already too late. We went to drop off our first load and it was 3 hours past the access deadline of 10PM. I didn't realize it wasn't 24 hour access. Other than that, it's a clean, safe, and friendly environment with awesome customer service. Thank you!
