Was able to do the whole reserving /rental process online. Moving in was a breeze. The facility is clean and there were plenty of carts available.

It is too soon for me to put my rating right now. I just got my unit last week, I will be moving stuff into my unit next week 9/4. So maybe after next week I can provide a rating

It was easy to look up on line find a place to store my extra goods. Then resevere the spot,pay for it and just show up and everything is just ready for me. Kelly is a great property manager. It gives us a good feeling knowing that our stuff is in a clean and secure area.

Price was great, location great, and Kelly the manager was great. What is odd is that admin fee was more than a months rent. Come on, we all know that is a bs fee. A way to just tack on revenue. Secondly the charging $19.99 for a lock, really? That lock is cheap and I could buy for half that price if I knew what type of lock was required. Why not advertise that on your site? Oh, you wouldn't be able to rip off the consumer. Should give me a refund of about $35. So $45 of worthless fees ($10 for the lock is a little high, but reasonable). If I needed a short term storage I would still be looking. But when looking at a longer term solution, the overall price is fine despite the price-gauging on the fees.

Brandon was VERY accommodating. I needed a unit very quickly, while my movers were waiting for me. He was able to put everything together. I appreciate his customer service.

I really appreciated the customer service and cleanliness of the facility. I was under the impression, though, that the first monthﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s rent would be $1 only. And I was then told after signing paperwork that there was a one time move-in fee ($24) and I was required to have renters insurance ($15 mo/). So overall it wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t too much money, but I wish I had known about the fees beforehand.

Manager at this location is great. Very informative and made sure I got a great deal for the right size storage. Will definitely recommend in the future.

facility was clean and staff friendly enough. what i did not like are the hidden fees that are not mentioned until you actually show up: such as the $20 lock that is required and the insurance that i had to take out that day and i now have to go back into the store to cancel bcz as i told the agent, i am covered under my own homeowners policy. pretty inconvenient to say the least. But overall the facility was clean and met my expectations.

Wasn't happy I had to purchase additional insurance coverage then come back two days later with proof only to have to wait for a reimbursement check. I hate when places take your money in seconds but take weeks to give it back.

First timers using storage philosophy. We picked given new facility, location, and flexibility. Worked out great! Management, Kelly specifically, was wonderful. Long term, we will use again, just a smaller space, probably to tackle the seasonal items.

First I want to say Kelly was exceptional, she explained everything in detail and was very helpful in providing the information and options available when picking out the unit i finally settled on. The place is new, clean and very well laid out. We appreciate the security measures that you take to ensure the safety of our items, and the ease and convenience of access.

I was storing at Advanced Storage in Frisco for 8 years and they kept jacking the rates up. Finally decided to make the switch to Public Storage which is just up the street. It's a very clean, climate controlled environment for $25 per month less than I was paying for an outdoor unit (same size) at the other place. Advanced Storage did offer to meet their price, but still for the outside unit. The Saturday afternoon move was well worth it

Staff (especially Ryan) was very helpful and efficient in helping obtain the best storage unit for my needs at the best rate. He also helped me determine what additional moving supplies that I needed and even loaded them in my car for me.

Besides the convenient location, the facility is clean and the staff is professional.

The new Frisco location on Legacy was great! The staff was friendly and very informative. I like all of the security features and the property was clean. Getting the online rate for their grand opening was a plus too!
