Have 2 complaints. #1 One elevator wasn't operating and #2, trying to find my unit was a nightmare as its like a maze inside . Company should have better "You are here".. "here is your unit ".. placards

I was able to reserve and rent a unit online in minutes. The facility manager called me and confirmed my reservation and offered a walkthrough prior to move in. The unit was very clean and move in was very convenient as I could pull up the truck all the way to the elevator. Overall a great and smooth experience.
