I booked my reservation on line. Upon arrival at the storage locker the assistant manager took care of the paperwork, showed me the locker and was overall helpful and pleasant. The inside storage unit was easily accessible and clean. All in all, a very pleasant experience.

I was a Watson & Taylor customer. I left, then came back when Storage King bought them. W&T was hard to deal with, including late fee protocol and overlock policy. Sam at the desk has been professional and pleasant.
