The phone number I called didn’t go directly to the storage facility. It goes to a place where they own several locations. However, the person who answered the phone was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I was able to reserve a unit for a few days in the future. I was still on the phone regarding my reservation when I was contacted about the unit, then followed up with numerous texts about hurrying up to complete the rental process, even though I still had several days before my reservation expired. Online process: I think it is a software issue- my experience was that the online process is tedious and the contract is very difficult to read. The words are so close together and difficult to see the end of a written line. I couldn’t go any further until selecting the mandatory insurance and didn’t get to see a map of the facility to know where my unit was located until the payment was completed. Then I also received a copy of the contract. All in all, there are no regrets about my choice to use this facility so far. The people who I had verbal conversations with were very nice and helpful.

I would definitely recommend this storage to anyone looking for something temporary or either long term, but LOCAL WITHIN THE AREA

I booked my reservation on line. Upon arrival at the storage locker the assistant manager took care of the paperwork, showed me the locker and was overall helpful and pleasant. The inside storage unit was easily accessible and clean. All in all, a very pleasant experience.

Customer service and pricing is very good. Less than 5 stars is only due to the Location.

I was a Watson & Taylor customer. I left, then came back when Storage King bought them. W&T was hard to deal with, including late fee protocol and overlock policy. Sam at the desk has been professional and pleasant.
