easy access clean friendly staff willing to help good if not better price

I went online to reserve a 5 x 5, and after speaking with Carol and my family decided it would be too small and I reserved a lager unit. I was able to do so, and when I went to the office to do the paperwork, the young lady there was so sweet and helpful. It was truly a stress free experience. Thank you ladies!

Access is easy. The pricing was decent compared to other places I looked at. Would recommend to stop by .

Very good storage company to use. Easy access to and very clean. The reason I did not give it a 5 rating is that storage unit as a whole is expensive.

Kinder made my experience very easy and seemless process. I had reserved and rented a 10x15 climate controlled space... Not really what I wanted but was all they had.The paper work was done and we began to unload into our unit... Then we happened to notice someone cleaning out an 10x25 drive up access unit, which was what I was really looking for. I went back to the office and explained to Lindee what we saw and asked if that unit was now available? She made a call and I was able to transfer to the new unit. The one I really needed and looking for.... She was very kind and professional and I was thankful she was willing to redo all the paperwork and make the calls necessary to gain access to the unit I really was looking for... So thank you Lindee!

Nice facility easy to access Very clean, nice costumer service

Facility is new and clean, they charged $5 more than quoted in spare foot saying they didn't have units in second floor

The staff was excellent and the facility was easy to get in and out. It was also very clean.

I got to the storage at 5:55 pm. Everyone was so nice and helpful. They stayed late to help me and didn't complain about it.
