After our storage units were destroyed in the recent tornado we were desperately searching for a new place with similar size and cost we found it with Michael at Cube Smart. Their 30 footer with two doors, one for him and one for her, was exactly what we needed. Michael and Cube Smart has made the move as easy as it could possibly be.

Mike was very helpful in showing us the unit and working out a plan for us to move in. He was also helpful in showing us how to set up auto payments. As victims of Goliath the storm that hit Garland TX the facility and Mike made this an easy transaction. Mike found us a unit that met all of our needs.

We just moved into our new unit and so far everything is great. The staff is very helpful and the place is easy to get too.

We rented 2 units. The staff was very friendly and the units were clean and ready for us when we arrived.

Upfront and honest dealings, the manager made sure I knew what I needed to and answered any questions.

The unit was open and ready to move in, the manager took care of any questions I had. The discount I had from using Sparefoot was a nice touch.

It's been My experience that when You go to places like public storage's or truck rental places some of them try talking to the customer with this "You need me more then I need your business." attitude... And Me personally I will at that point drop all plans weather I would be screwed or Not... Cause I'm Not about to give My money to someone who acts as though I'm lost without them... However, Not these guys... They were so sweet... They were informative and explained everything to Me in detail... They answered all My questions and asked if I had more... I felt comfortable leaving My possessions in there hands... We had a few laughs as they showed Me the unit and asked if it were sufficient for My needs... again all under 15 Min's... Great Experience all around... 10's across the board!

So far excellent. The real test starts now as we move forward .
