I was impressed with the space and the staff at this location! As soon as I reserved the spot online, I received a phone call from the staff. They were quite helpful in ensuring that I made the correct selections. Upon arrival, they were welcoming and friendly. They provided great instructions and assistance in getting things taken care of with our unit. Would highly recommend!

This is my 2nd time using Cube Smart. The staff is friendly and spaces are clean and convenient. The prices were a little high for me but still in line with what everyone else was charging I felt. Insurance was required which I did not like, so shoppers beware!

This facility is very clean, quiet, and the staff are very friendly. I wish you didn't have to use specific locks and I feel the smaller units are a little overpriced in comparison to the larger units, but overall, you're paying for a great storage place. I use my units for business so I access them frequently. I've had little to no issues so far.

My family just moved and we needed a large unit for 2 months. We took advantage of a promotion that was running, at the time, and got a great deal! I can't say enough good things about how fantastic the employees were! They were so kind and so helpful! They even brought is water while we were unloading our moving truck! Moving out was a breeze! We didn't have any issues! The gentleman working that day reminded us everything that was expected for our inspection and it made it so easy! Moving is such a stressful experience and this company definitely made us feel that they wanted to relieve some of the headache that comes with the process!

We were in the market for short term rental (one month) and we felt the price of storage was outrageous for such a short amount of time. Cubesmart not only honored the 1st month free for us so we only had to pay the fees, but they allowed us to upgrade to a bigger unit when we realized the size we had reserved was too small. The man at the desk was also very helpful and accommodating when we realized the unit we initially reserved was too small.

the gentleman at the help desk was very informative and made us feel very much at home. the online service puts them ahead of the game with their proficiency . overall world class service with a small town feel.
