Very helpful and accommodating and facility is well laid out.

The lady on duty on 8/10 , surprised me on the web pricing call after I hit enter. After I received her call she reviewed the terms and agreement. Space options if this was not a good fit. Also it wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t a good fit, showed me an alternative option that was reasonable and a good price. I was in and out in no time after reviewing the facility

The staff at the Rowlett location were very helpful in finding the best storage for my needs. They were friendly and very informative. On move in day they even stopped by to be certain that the space was adequate to my needs. Two of the major reasons I chose this location or one that I had had a friend who had previously used this property for her storage needs and had a good experience.. secondly, the introductory online rate was very helpful.

I've used quite a few facilities for personal and business over the years. They were extremely professional, ready with our paperwork and unit lock, and made the entire process seamless and near effortless.

I was running late to look at my storage unit and the lady was super friendly and the place was clean. I WOULD recommend this storage place to anyone. Thanks!
