Concerned for the proprietary lock design, which seems odd. Traffic on the weekend was significant through a narrow row but the management was helpful and courteous. Unit was pretty clean and the pricing was great. I guess that ties to the popularity of this facility. Access was quick and easy. Looking forward to using this facility for my storage needs.

Right price and right size storage area for my needs, lock provided at one time cost(very affordable). Easy to get to and easy to load/unload.

Had a great time chatting with front desk's new employee before move in. Only reason not 5 stars is because storage unit had a few cobwebs and was not as high off ground to avoid floods as I would have liked. Overall, great experience.

My storage unit could have been less dusty and higher off the ground with all the recent rain, but it was still a great move in and had good conversations with the front desk office's new hire. I am a little concerned about security, but I'm right next to the on-site live in manager so I should be okay.

I had a very good experience renting a storage unit from Uncle Bobs. Thank you Spare Foot Storage Space! You really rock!

Experience was horrible. After paying first and half second month on rent and hiring people to help pack and move my things to storage, the employee never gave me a tour, didn't give me a key or a lock to my unit. So when we arrived ,after calling 4 times that day, we had 2 truck loads that had to go back to my house and unloaded and $200 of my money was wasted because no one would answer the after hour number and we could visibly see one of the staff members was upstairs that lived at the facility. When I politely called them to discuss the matter the woman blew up on me and was insisting "it was not her fault" although she was right she was rude, then offered a free month in a bigger unit, that was a BIG MESS of situation! Now I have a bill for $250.00 and no response from the management.

Out of all the area storage facilities available, Uncle Bobs was the best value. The office manager was friendly and efficient in quickly completing the paperwork. The place is clean and I like the easy access to my unit.

The onsite mgmt. was great; they made sure I didn't rent a space that was larger than I needed. The facility is very clean, organized, and secure.
