Public Storage - Garland - 1822 West Kingsley Road

I love the Public Storage app gaining access to the unit through Bluetooth and added security of a gated entrance.

I was fortunate to move in when the property manager was on site, she was amazing and very helpful. She truly went above and beyond to make sure my move in experience was productive and efficient. Connie was very nice.

Connie makes it easy. Very sharp.

The manager at this location was very friendly and understood my situation and concerns. Not one problem and my unit was / is nice and clean. I got my own gate code and lock. I received everything promptly via email and the experience was quick and great! Thank you for your great service and attention to details!!

Carian was so nice during my move in and provided great service

Carian, the lady in the office that helped me was absolutely delightful! She was very congenial from beginning to end...very human, very competent, and very nice. Her explanations of the units, locks, terms of rental, access times and office times were exact, concise, complete, and very easy to understand. She also explained to me the products they had in the office (which were less expensive than anywhere else I had been), She explained the price of the unit I wanted, which was less than I was already paying to another company by more than half the cost. When I moved from the unit I had elsewhere to this one, I met a gentleman who was kind enough to move his truck so my movers could get in, and then he came down and spoke with me for about 20 minutes. He said he had been renting there for about 8 years. He said the place was very safe and nothing ever happened there. He said the locks were sound, and impossible to break into. He said the units we were in were steel all around, and rodents had a very difficult time getting into to them. Also, I asked and Carian referred me to the movers, who moved me for less than half the cost of the movers who moved me into my first unit at the other place. This was the finest morning I have had in months!!! I have nothing but good to say about this place!

Visited today to get a unit and spoke with Carian who was supper helpful and got me set up for tomorrow at another location. She called and verified everything so I won't make a blank trip. Thanks

Carian is very friendly and helpful. This is a great location.

The property is always very clean and nice. Carian is great and she puts up with me! Been here for years and I don't plan on leaving anytime soon!
