Public Storage - Garland - 406 S Plano Road

Spare foot help me with the whole thing. I transferred from one unit that was 400 to another unit that was 100 for the same thing in the same building.

This place is clean and self accessible. The only issue is it's hard to ever find someone on premises to help but they do have the kiosk.

DONT MOVE HERE. STORAGES Got Rob. My things aint been here a week...Public storage dont cover your things... U have to get your own rental insurance with your Auto or Home Insurance that will protect you.

Clean storage facility and pleasant staff. The only thing I recommend is another cart to use since they only have one currently.

This was my first time renting storage and they made me feel at ease. Crystal at the Plano Road location was excellent at answering all my questions and very friendly. She made the process go as smooth as possible. I would diffidently recommend the Plano Road location and ask for Crystal.

Customer service means a lot to me, and my experience with obtaining storage for my personal items was very pleasant Kathy was awesome she explained everything she walked us through the entire process made us feel welcomed. I greatly appreciate the time she took to show us our storage space explained how the locks work and provided us with the easy online website and options we have to pay every month. Thank you!

I love the price of the unit. I didn't like the fact that I was forced to use and purchase your lock as well as renter's insurance. It might not have been so bad if I had been told about this requirement when I made the reservation or before.
