Public Storage - Garland - 4333 Jackson Drive

I recommend this storage facility

I used this location a few years ago and the girl at the front was great. I had a bigger unit and then downgraded to a smaller one and the transition was seamless. The move-out was easy too. That's why I chose them again this time.

I rented a space here. When I got there for my appointment the sales person was running behind. She didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t address the issue just allowed me to wait outside. After renting my space she didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t show me where my space was so was difficult to find when I came back with my uhaul. Also, the security gate was not closed when I initially got the space nor was it closed when I return. Does it ever close?? Lack of security is very disheartening.

Kathy was amazing!!! She was so very helpful in everything. She was so kind to let us choose our rental space. She showed us a variety of spaces to make sure we had the correct size needed. She also informed us that we could use the other gate to exit the premises... just let her know. Its people like KATHY that make such a great experience. I recommend anyone to go see Katy at public storage on Jackson St. in Garland. She is an amazing person and very funny... we love her to death.

Process was quick and easy. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Good people & convenient storage place.

From the moment "Public Storage" appeared on my search screen, I felt confident they could take care of my needs. The phone rep was pleasant and helpful in finding me the best deal on storage... She set up a convenient appointment around my time frame... And upon arrival, the on-site associate made me feel welcomed and appreciated. She explained what was available and it was obvious the security was very good. I do recommend phoning in advance, as I was able to get THE very best deal. I'm very satisfied with everything about Public Storage.

Customer service is great. April is friendly and helpful and the property is always clean and nice.

I had a great experience here. This girl April was very helpful and such a delight to meet. If your stressing over moving or anything i would go to her. I will be going there again. All and all the experience I had was amazing and made my day so much better.

I was in a hurry to find a place to all of our belongs due to our house not being ready to move in yet and you guys were just amazing. I apologize I forgot the lady name(office off Jackson street) that helped us but she wonderful. She got us in and out in a timely matter and was just great with our son.
