Public Storage - Rowlett - 1800 Castle Dr

Looking forward to the move and some relief from the anxiety.

I've never rented a storage before. Wasn't quite sure how to get in the gates, elevator, unit, etc. Ben was extremely helpful in guiding me through the process, especially when I showed up 15 minutes to closing time. We has patient and assisted.

The app didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t work, and the overhead door didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t automatically open when I drove to it inside. A nice lady who also stores there had to let me out.

Didn't even need to go in the office

Close to were I will be staying.

I arrived and discovered I needed a ground floor unit, and Robbie quickly and cheerfully found a new unit for me!

1 note: done keeps getting stuck and can't get Into the building after enter my code and can't exit when finally do get in. Think it may be due to this one cold day because the door, if switch it off opens very slowly but then another person ot was getting stuck for him to and we both had to just keep trying till it decided to work again.

Clean, well lit, good customer service.

The price is very good the location is great customer service I'm at one lady and she was great as well but that location had to run across three problems already elevator wasn't working one day I couldn't get my stuff up I had to come back I took off of work to do that. Another time you have vehicles blocking the whole place so I could not get in until 45 minutes later....... Access the gate by my phone did not work those are three problems that inconvenience me.

Was not going to go with public storage ever again because of my bad experience with the one in Garland this year. Decide to give it another chance when I spoke with Crystal on the phone she was very pleasant, professional and made me feel at ease and I'm glad I did the place is clean and sort of futuristic!!!

I have always used Public storage in the past several years I have moved a lot and never have had any issues. I like Public storage this last time was able to drive into the building climax control that is the best part. The cost to rent has not really gone up some will give you 1st month free.

So nice to be able to drive in a covered building to unload with available moving carts, an elevator. Very nice staff. Overall a great experience.

I really liked the drive through drop off area. They even thought to leave me a lock so I could not have asked for a better experience.

Debbie was super nice and helpful and got us checked in and ready in no time. I would recommend this location to everyone in need of a clean and safe place to store their belongings.
