The move in was easy and it was very clean and easy access. The carts was very helpful and the elevator was a blessing so we didn't have to carry everything up the stairs.

We had asked to have a unit by an entrance to the building as we are a an older couple and we were given the farthest unit. When we got there the two entrance doors were blocked by vehicles of your staff, one being the building project manager, the other entrance was also blocked and we couldn't park near it. The staff shouldn't park right at the entrances of the building so that your customers can have easy access. Other than that everything was good. We appreciate the opening promotion you have.
