When I first started inquiring about rates and sizes for the units, I was immediately impressed with the staffﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s attentiveness surrounding any concerns I may have. The manager personally called me asking if a unit would be okay with me because the door was different and she wanted to save me a trip! You really canﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t get outstanding customer service anymore, I honestly thought it was a lost hope. This specific store changed that for me. The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful through the entire process. Rates are cheap and they take really great care of you! The two ladies that helped me that day were more than great.

This storage facility is clean and secure. The only difficulty I have encountered is the lack of solid pavement outside my container. This makes it difficult to roll a dolly with heavy items into the storage unity.

Sparefoot was excellent in finding exactly what I needed and then signing up with CubeSmart was easy and took stress off just know I had found a place that was in the best area for me and staff was helpful in explaining everything and I'm all set.
