We rented a climate controlled unit. We spent 45 minutes onsite filling out paperwork only to be contacted multiple times after the fact that the computer system did not show our paperwork. We finally (3 tries later) got everything signed. Every time we went out to our unit, the management had to change our code because of a glitch in their system. There was rarely any staff onsite to handle our situation, so we would have to call the corporate office. We kept our things there because we had a large unit that we did not want to move again. When we finally got ready to move, we went to pay for the 4 days which we would have owed for, only to find out that they do not prorate rent. So, since we are honest people and did not simply move our belongings out under cover of night, we had to pay a full months rent for 4 days. I would not recommend this facility to anyone if they actually want to be treated fairly and want access to their belongings.

I just moved to Georgetown and was in search of a safe, clean and secure facility to store some equipment for work. I selected this facility originally for proximity to my home but after meeting with Christopher and seeing the site, I know I made the right choice on many levels. I strongly recommend checking out this facility for your storage needs.

When I got to the storage facility we quickly realized hat the storage unit I had reserved was too small. The manager walked me through my other options and still honored the discounted pricing through sparefoot. He made himself available for any questions or concerns. I have rented space before at other locations but this is by far the cleanest and friendliest!

We were late in the game getting a storage unit to store my daughter's dorm stuff so we didn't have to haul it back to MN- we found this via Google and it worked out beautifully! It was clean, affordable, close to school and best yet, available! We even got a climate controlled unit so we didn't have to worry about the hot summer months! Customer service was excellent!
