Public Storage - Georgetown - 2300 S Interstate 35

Beautiful Newer Property, Clean, and well-kept. From beginning to the end of the on-boarding process, the property manager Jessica was knowledgeable, kind and very accommodating. With all my questions and concerns, she located the perfect space for me. Sadly, her hands were tied when it came to the problems experienced due to the lengthy checking in process while using a Discover card. In hindsight, much time could have been saved and inconvenience avoided (for this weary traveler) knowing that using a Discover card would not be compatible with the Public Storage App and IT system. Rumor has it that Apple Pay has similar issues, so a heads-up to any prospective renters. Advice: Corporate & the IT department needs to move faster to help resolve issues, instead of pigeon-holing everything into a 24 hour response time. This created a lot of stress for me the customer due to charging different cards multiple times with forcing me to visit 2 more times before the problem was resolved. This is not acceptable. If improvement is not made, customers will simply walk away.

Maria was super awesome! Went in to upgrade my unit before moving things into unit! Her customer service was totally outstanding and extremely friendly she was very helpful!! She has such a great personality!! Keep It going Maria!!

From the time I pulled up to the time I left, the staff worked to make sure I knew, in terms of my contract, and that my request for the type of facility had been met. I was very pleased with the facility that I was in, I would recommend the storage company location to anyone.

I have been with this company for years and I get you have to raise the rent at least once a year or more but this time I had not even been there six months and you went up on the rent more than 3 times what you were charging now. I had to get another unit on line and got a confirmation on what it would be. When I got there they said the rate was not valid and I had to pay the full rate you were charging me. The man tried to help and called corporate which they did not care and said I had to pay it even though I had been paying a crazy amount already. You would think they would have made adjustments on my account but no help. I had to pay since I was not going to pay $150 for a 5x10 unit again. I feel like it was a bait and switch because you new I needed to get out of my unit.

I had a 3:00pm appointment that I made online. When I called I asked if I could just walk in,but the person on the line said you will need an appointment because of the Coronavirus. A women from the headquarters called and set the appointment up with me. I got to the office and stayed in my car until 3 in the mean time 2 other people came after me. I walked up and the lady in the office said they donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t honor appointments. I also told her I was there before the other people but she said no you werenﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t I said yes I have been sitting in my car for 25 minutes waiting till 3. Why have an appointment when you donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t even honor it. I could have come in early in the day if I had know this!! I will not do business with companies like this period!!!

Kimberly was awesome in getting me the right type of storage space. She made sure that I had everything I needed to get it in on.

Elisha was fantastic in helping us get a unit to store stuff over the summer! The process was easy and she gave us great suggestions to best store our mini fridge. Definitely would recommend this place if you're looking for a place to store stuff.

Aaron was super helpful! I forgot to do the Google review but I definitely recommended this storage facility. The customer service is great! I was able to snag a 5 x 7.5 for $34. Other storage facilities wanted to charge me nearly $100

Elisha is an amazing manager. She is thorough and very knowledgeable. She is also pleasant and easy to work with. The property is clean and secure. The 4 stars are because I felt a little mislead by the super cheap on line price that went up with the lock and insurance purchase. Now I'm wondering if the other companies higher prices included those hidden fees.

My experience was great with the local public storage. There are times however that I need to be able to access my storage after 9:00 and it is a huge inconvenience to plan all my runs on the weekend or in my small window after work. Would love it for that to change.

I would highly recommend the Public storage in Georgetown TX. The staff (Tre ) was very friendly and kind. He was also very knowledgeable and very helpful in securing our storage unit. They seem very professional and trustworthy. So far, no complaints!

While the lady at the facility was very nice, I was not happy with the fact that I was unaware when I made the reservation that I was going to have to shell out money not only for forced insurance but for a forced lock. I was very unhappy. I am a single mother and this was supposed to be financially manageable but now I am unsure if I can manage it.

Customer service rep was great & friendly & I was able to catch a good promotion. Definitely trust my belongings to this facility!

Everyone was very helpful and efficient in getting everything setup. My only complain would be sometimes you had to ask specific questions to find things out, such as the requirement of having rental insurance and the flat one-time fee of purchasing the lock. But I don't think this was trying to swindle, it just didn't come up right away it seemed

I am storing my items at a new facility in central Texas. Everything is clean and well kept. Most of the staff is friendly and professional. I am tired of receiving constant emails asking for reviews - I am pretty sure that I opted out of those a while ago. I am not pleased that I was forced to set up an appointment time to view my reserved unit only to wait nearly 30 minutes for the actual tour. I am not impressed with the employee who did my paperwork with me. She seemed sullen at first and only picked up her mood after I misinterpreted a question and gave a sort of stupid answer. I tried to be a good sport and play it off as my boyfriend teased me about this and she laughed along but I feel like she crossed a line when she shared the story of my mistake (which I was embarrassed about) to another coworker right in front of me. Canceled my unit because my family and I got two but only needed one. Will keep my stuff there in the second storage unit due to safe and clean facility. Will likely not seek out help from employees due to my discomfort. Have yet again tried to unsubscribe from emails and I hope that I no longer receive them.

I just rented a unit at the new Georgetown TX Public Storage. They are clean and well run, awesome help in getting set up!
