Staff needs better product knowledge

I have tried 4 times and have received 4 different codes to get a working code number and have not yet have one that works. I have to call on the phone each time to enter through the gate. The representatives I've talk to have been very kind and are trying to fix the problem. it's just very frustrating that I can't use my own code to enter the property.

Arrived at reservation day and went inside to find no real person just a Kiosk! Put in info was told reservation cancelled, after many phone calls and trying to sign Contract on phone ... I got the gate code after going back into Kiosk. Drove 25 miles to there. I had a Travel Trailer behind me to store.

Was not easy to locate our unit, having someone on site in some capacity would be helpful. Our unit was not as clean as I would have liked but had nothing with us to sweep it out so had to utilize as is. Lighting inside unit could be better.

Was not easy to locate our unit - unit needed to be swept out but we were not prepared for that so stacked our items in anyway - at least what we are storing is garage stuff so while I would have liked the unit to be cleaned better it wasn't a deal breaker

Everything is automated. No on-site attendant. Nice units at a good price

Parking spaces for rv and travel trailer are way too close,combined with a building directly in front of you when backing makes it very difficult to back in to.

1 of our storage unit is very dark! The other has good lighting. I wished we were able to choose our unit before we signed the agreement!

I have rented before with them and its always quick and easy without any problems ! I needed a small Unit for some personal stuff and it helps a lot to have Xtra space !..The Unit has sadly a little smaller entrance, bc its an end unit, but its enough for my needs !This time I had to clean it out whilst not every user are cleaning out like they should, but I had a broom already with me, just in case and this time it was the case 🙃 😅 Otherwise I am satisfied with their location and cleanings of their Property !!!Thanks and alwaysca pleasure renting from you!!

Upon checking in we used the kiosk. It was easy to use and very clean. Parking was easy to find and everything is marked clearly.

We selected a 5x8 unit. It is pie shaped so not as large as needed.

Easy reservation, easy move in, decent pricing. Location is what you expect for this price. Reserved a 10x30 parking space, upon arriving half of that space was taken by a broken RV awning from the spot next to mine. Still managed to squeeze in. Tried emailing for support (they contacted me that way for detail), got no answer.

There was an issue with the kiosk indicating my reservation was taken. So I call support number that was in my text and they set me up immediately over the phone on a Sunday with agreed price and size. Easy access and very clean.

No space to manuever because storage units close to parking spot. Took 45 min to get RV in the space because of small space. After hrs so couldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t ask for another spot

This place is great. No fuss no problems.if you have a valid ID your all set. There's no people to help but you won't need them. The kiosk is very easy to use. Once your done you got a locker asignment and a code that works. Once inside. You'll find a clean and new place. It's clean and all new. Locker was ready and available as promised. Locks are also available from a vending machine next to kiosk. I'd recommend using a debit card it made paying easier.

Once I understood the method to the madness, it was a good experience! PROS: *Affordable *Self service (once you understand the process) *Good phone customer service *Climate control CONS: *Self service (if you don't understand the process or need human interactions) *Malfunctioning gate when exiting *Gate hours (automatically locks at 10 p.m.) GOOD TO KNOW: ALL contact and communication are online or by phone....which was confusing. We when arrived, I expected to see a person in an office to handle my rental. I wanted to compare unit sizes. No one is there. No office. Only a kiosk and a phone number to call in case of an issue or emergency. The kiosk wasn't working so I had to call to complete my rental, pay, get my space number and my access code. The numbers are unclear on the building which lead me to driving around abit. The climate control units are 4 digits and are inside of the building, exterior units are 3 digits. Ex. Space 200 is building 2 exterior. Space 2000 is interior climate control. You need to enter through a door to get to those units. There was a tag on the door, which we broke off and replaced it with our on lock. We weren't told one way or the other. Just that we needed a lock. The space was clean inside and the perfect size for contents in a 16' truck. With room to move around and organize things. The downsize is the gate gets stuck and people can't exit. Also, the gate locks at 10 p.m. PERIOD! If you're inside, you're spending the night! It was a good experience overall and I will rent again if I need storage. The price points are within in my budget and if that's possible because there's no onsite contact....I fine with that!

The unit I reserved was a 5X8 climate controlled unit. When I called to set it up the customer service rep was great - very helpful. The unit was clean, we moved in and everything went super smooth. No complaints!

I was pleased with the customer service given, and the moving in was pretty easy. Would highly recommend, plus the price rate is great...

Clean and took two min to get a storage unit

Sometimes you pick things because your on a budget. Sometimes you pick things because you want to keep your stuff safe. I came to get the storage only to find out the one I reserved was taken. So I had to pay for a bigger storage. When I get into storage after not knowing where to go when I got back there or how they managed to lay out the numbers for each storage like location. It was dirty inside. Looks like some bandits took out all the screws and replaced them with ones that didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t have nuts. I would say so it was easy access for the looters to get Back in. If this was my company I would definitely make sure that what Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m renting is up to par. No body likes replacing everything they buy. And no one including business wants to be out of pocket. Never got to see management because I checked in with a kiosk. Shaking my head.

Planned to move on June 28. Actually moving in today July 2 due to illness in family. I paid for the first month with reoccurring billing. Why was there a tag lock on the unit? Some dead bugs, but nobodyﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s fault. Just swept them away. Large space. Happy with customer service.

Easy to use as you walk in to a Kiosk, pay right there or online. If you need help, there is a phone number. 24-hour access unlike other storage facilities with monitoring.

The only difficult part was realizing how tough the little green tag had to be twisted to break it off! Everything was great.

The only problem I had is they gave me a gate code but did not give me a door code to get into the building we had it inside storage room and no way to get in there so we had to call when we got there and find out what the code was for the door wouldﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve been helpful to have that in advance
