I selected the Gilmer location but instead was given a unit at the Pittsburg location 15 miles outside of Gilmer. I was told I could move to the location I selected and paid for, but it would be an additional $20 per month. Totally dishonest. Also the first customer service person I spoke to was absolutely clueless. She had no idea where the locations were and was not helpful at all. The second person I spoke to claimed the Pittsburg location counted as Gilmer even though it was 15 miles outside of town and then she hit me with the bait and switch
