The person I spoke with on the phone to schedule my appointment was super informative and helpful. The onsite employee was very knowledgeable and super helpful. She was really friendly and was willing to show me a couple options and help me decide on what type of unit to get. She made the experience very easy and I felt comfortable securing a unit here.
