The service alone was the best! Very attentive and when I moved I had to get a larger unit at the last minute and was so impressed by the response time. Everything was taken care of quickly and the extra locks needed for the unit were provided to me at no extra cost and were even brought to me along with bottled water and candy. I love being greeted by a friendly happy person who truly wanted to help make my experience a great one. It worked! Thank you so much for being so great and reliable when I needed it most.

I was very pleased with the customer service and how quickly we had things taken care of for our move into the storage unit. I was also assured that the owner was a respectable individual through our chat with the guy working. So glad we found this place!

I went in on Friday to preview the storage unit. It was very clean. Everything was completed very quickly and explained . On Monday I went in on my scheduled move in day and it was a no hassle transaction. I am a very satisfied customer.

Rented this storage after a move, have never rented a storage facility before. Loved the service, I rented truck there too, one stop shopping .Customer service was great.

The manager was very helpful. She set everything up in the computer and told me to get in touch when I was ready and the day I came in She got all of the paper work ready and we were done.

We had a horrible experience moving in. Our code did not work at the front gate so had to move work around three doors to move in. One that was much too small to allow for our larger items. The worse part is that I called three times and no one called me back until the next day and even then I was told a manager, Eddie Johnson, would call me and he never has. I give this location an F.
