The process was quite quick and straightforward. I approached the front desk and informed Mary about my reservation. We promptly began the paperwork, and she guided me through the steps for entering and exiting the property. She also gave me a tour of the facility. Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s immaculately clean and climate-controlled. The property is gated, which instills a sense of security in me. I feel confident leaving my belongings here.

I arrived and was greeted by wonderful staff. I liked that the paperwork was real paperwork to complete. The two staff members explained how everything works. I was then escorted to my unit. In summary: reasonable price, great staff and easy access to the unit.

I cannot express enough the ease in which we signed up for a unit. They were experienced. They were customer service driven and thatﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s just at your front desk. The facility is immaculate, and it feels very safe to be in if I could give more stars, I would.

👍 location, price, reservation online, they answer the phone, answer all questions 👎 can’t prepay or complete info online before moving stuff in, payment didn’t send an auto email and I had to follow up several days with several people before the manager send a personal email verifying payment.

This facility is great. Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s very clean and the office staff is communicative and easy to deal with. I made a last minute decision to move here when I realized I was paying too much at my previous storage facility. The process was easy. I reserved online, showed up, and signed the paper work and was ready to go. The facility has all sizes of units from small locker types to 10x30. It is very clean inside which is a big deal for me because Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve dealt with some very messy and dirty facilities in the past. My only gripe is that itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s located off of a stretch of S.Rice Ave that is very traffic heavy so it can be a little tricky getting in and out and there may delays sometimes. Overall, I would recommend this place.

I like the facility, I only had issue with the pricing, which turned out to be around 10 dollars more expensive monthly and 20 dollars more expensive upfront than expected(and this is at the lowest level of insurance). Besides this, I thought the units were well-maintained and decently protected.

It's not easy to find a facility that will let you rent on a monthly basis without signing a long term contract. The price was reasonable too. People who worked there were very nice and courteous.

I feel that the price I go through sparefoot was a very good deal. No complaints with this storage facility. It feels very secure. People would have to jump through many hoops to break in.

really nice place i live just up the road from here and was supprised to find it they keep it chilly in there too even if its 100=degrees outside they keep it really cool inside all of your belongings will be fine they have never had a break in also very modern inside with many many cameras installed anywhere and everywhere

I went in an signed up a couple days before the move just in case there were any issues. Bought the lock there. Took about 10 minutes. They showed us to the unit. All very clean.

I had a great experience moving into this facility. They offer moving trucks for rental onsite which made it convenient. The property manager, Ryan, was very friendly and helpful, showed me my options, but wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t pushy about anything. Paperwork was done quickly. Overall a great experience. Storage space was very clean, and the big dollies provided were a huge help.

You can't lease a unit without purchasing the contents insurance.....$7.99/mo. for $1000 coverage. in the last decade i have rented storage units in CA, OK and 3 TX cities......all of whom require contents insurance. I have NEVER paid a cent because my State Farm agent FAXed my declarations page (and for one unit had to re-confirm coverage monthly) and the facility knows i'm covered. MOST homeowners' insurance policies automatically charges in their premium coverage for off-site storage --- at 20% of the coverage you carry for your contents. You should NOT have to pay twice. AND my State Farm coverage -- at replacement value-- is 1/50th the $7.99 charged at Community Storage. HUGE RIPOFF. CAN'T LEASE A UNIT HERE WITHOUT MONTHLY $7.99 CHARGE

It was a very easy process! They took me out to inspect the unit, and then we came back and got through the paper work easily. The only downside was that the unit I picked up wasn't compatible with my combination lock, so I had to purchase one, but other than that, it was a simple process. This location is also no where near a flood zone, so your things should all be safe and dry!

Everything went really well. The location is new and shiny! I'm also impressed with the customer service.

The people checking me in were very nice and helpful. My storage unit was perfect and cool enough where I wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t afraid for any of my items being stored. It was also very clean, with multiple carts available for use. Much much better than my last storage facility!

This was definitely a good choice for me since I only needed storage for a few months and didn't want to sign a long-term contract or deal with pricier options. The wide range of storage sizes is also quite convenient.

Wow! The Community Self Storage on Rice Ave is truly going to be a world-class facility when the construction is all finished. The manager there, a wonderful young man, was super helpful and polite with me. He really went above and beyond in assisting me. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone interested in storage or U-Haul.
